For God so loved the WORLD

I've been in teaching about social work with a man called Paul Sanderson these last days.
I've gotten some new thoughts from him, but also thoughts that confirmed what I allready belived.

As a church we often think so much about our selves. That we want to have this little nice club where God loves us. I think we need to go beyond that. Even go beyond telling people about Jesus too...

We have to live the life like Jesus would. We need to for fill the needs that our city has. There's people with all kinds of problems all around us, and we need to be a part of helping them. We need churches that lives for the society around them, and not for them selves. God never commanded anyone to go into all the church. He commanded us to go into all the world... And start by reaching out to the needs in our nearest environment.
